These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all digital products, educational materials, coaching services, spiritual teachings, workshops, memberships, retreats (virtual or in-person), body-based practices, and related content (“Products”) provided by AEVUM Evolution Center LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using our Products, checking an acceptance box, or otherwise engaging with our services, you (“Customer,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY USING OUR PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO THEM IN FULL.

2.1 Access Duration

Unless otherwise stated, you are granted access to the purchased Product for the lifetime of that Product, subject to compliance with these Terms.

“Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Product offering, not your lifetime, and not a guarantee of perpetual availability.

2.2 Updates vs. New Products

• Included: Updates, improvements, refinements, or added materials to the original Product

• Excluded: New programs, substantially revised versions, re-recorded courses, renamed or repositioned offerings, or successor programs

New offerings require separate purchase.

2.3 Platform Changes

We may change hosting platforms or delivery systems at any time. If we do, reasonable efforts will be made to maintain access without additional cost.

2.4 Discontinuation

If a Product is discontinued or the business ceases operations, we may provide advance notice or downloadable access where reasonably possible. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control.

3.1 Ownership

All content—including teachings, texts, videos, audios, rituals, practices, graphics, branding, frameworks, and methodologies—is the exclusive intellectual property of AEVUM Evolution Center LLC and protected by U.S. and international law.

3.2 Limited License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.

3.3 Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Create derivative works

3.4 AI, Likeness & Voice Restrictions

You may not use any aspect of our content, image, voice, likeness, or teachings to train or generate AI systems, synthetic media, voice clones, deepfakes, or automated tools.

Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.

All payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You agree to their terms.

• Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise

• Payment plans are binding and non-cancelable

• Missed payments may result in access suspension

• You remain responsible for full payment regardless of use

You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

5.1 Nature of Services

Our Products are educational, spiritual, and experiential in nature.

We are not licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial professionals.

5.2 No Medical or Therapeutic Advice

Our content does not constitute:

5.3 Personal Responsibility

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Relationship results

• Emotional or spiritual transformation

All testimonials are individual experiences and not typical.

Participation may involve emotional release, physical sensation, energetic practices, and introspection.

You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, including emotional discomfort or physical sensation, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds, exchanges, or credits are provided under any circumstances, except where required by law.

This includes:

• Digital content

• Live or recorded programs

• Memberships

• Retreats or workshops

Payment plans remain due in full.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEVUM Evolution Center LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, or punitive damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product at issue.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AEVUM Evolution Center LLC, its owners, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Products or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Misuse content

• Engage in abusive or unethical behavior

• Initiate fraudulent chargebacks

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

Any dispute shall first be addressed informally by contacting us.

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, not court litigation, on an individual basis only.

No class actions permitted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Venue shall be in that state unless arbitration applies.

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.

We comply with applicable U.S. privacy laws and do not sell personal data.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
